The James River Bluegrass Band

Welcome!

Welcome to the official pictures page. Slowly, we'll add to these so y'all can take a gander at our purty faces.

Pictures

James River Bluegrass Band performs in JT Elite Auto's parking lot. We had a good time, and good food. Thanks to JT for having us help with your weekend!

Todd got the opportunity to perform with his good friend Willy in June at the beautiful Coteau Ranch east of Britton, SD.

The James River Bluegrass Band plays in Gettysburg for the fund raiser for the town's 125th anniversary in 2008. We put on our finest vacation garb, and stayed away from the mosquitos until the bitter end.

The James River Bluegrass Band plays in Gettysburg for the fund raiser for the town's 125th anniversary in 2008. The crowd is having a good old time! Thanks for Steve Buechler and crew for everything, we had a great time.

Here is a picture of Ryan, from the Gettysburg celebration. I'm sure he has a last name, but he is known around those parts, simply as Ryan the Bartender.

Here is a picture of me and my old friend Gerald Tomek, after Steve and I played at the Rock Hills Ranch. I have known the Tomek family for as long as I can remember, and Gerald is one of the best bs'ers I have ever come across!

This picture (right) was taken from our August 3, 2006 show at Family Night in the Park, at Campbell park in Huron. We have played a show for this every summer since forming the band, and is one our favorite places to play.

Denny and Steve get down at a chilly open house in a new development on the southwest edge of Huron. We warmed up the place with a little bluegrass!

This is the group playing at the Ringneck Festival in Huron.

Here is a picture of me and my good friends the Backyard Boys from Aberdeen practicing in well...the backyard.
